Our Instructor Prashant Wins Accolades From PADI

Our instructor Prashant wins accolades from PADI

We’re proud to announce that Scubalov was awarded ‘Diver Education Center of the Month’ for the month of August, 2019 by PADI Asia Pacific. The award followed amazing feedback from some of our Open Water students for our senior Instructor Prashant Choudhary. Here is the awesome review that earned us the accolade.

Tanushree’s review

“My husband and I went to Havelock (Andaman Islands, India) for our open water dive course. We had heard very good things about Scubalov.in from our friends who have dived with them and our experience with Scubalov, particularly Prashant was simply fantastic. Prashant, as an instructor, was strict and particular about the diving skills yet super fun – which is the perfect combination when you are taking up a hobby such as diving. He taught us every little nuance that we needed to know about the dives but at the same time made us have a lot of fun along the way. We cannot stress enough about our wonderful experience with him as an instructor! We would love to come back to Scubalov and in particular Prashant Choudhary for our advanced course very soon. Till then, I just want to thank Prashant for opening up the underwater world to us in the most professional yet fun manner!

We highly highly recommend him and Scubalov.”

And that’s not all, this tough-love giving instructor also earned a ‘Certificate of recognition for Excellence’ awarded to him for outstanding professionalism by PADI Asia Pacific. This too in August for an excellent Rescue Course conducted for student Jaryd Braganza who wrote,

“It was the most challenging however the most rewarding course I have done yet. Could not have asked for a better instructor.”

Who is Prashant?

If you see someone with blazing sun streaked locks and a crazy look in his eyes, you know you have encountered Prashant. Prashant is Scubalov’s wild child. His lean but mean body conceals well the fact that he was a national level power lifter and wrestler before he started diving professionally in2013. This fearless Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) left the badlands of Agra to come for a holiday to Havelock and never went back. Other than obsessing about potatoes, he owns the largest repository of hilarious anecdotes about his life that he shoots at you without any relief from painful stomach twisting laughter.
